Gardening in Harmony with Nature   4:00 - 5:00 pm

Cory Barnes and John Scerck will save you money and time in your gardening experience.  Cory will speak on Using Nature to Water your Garden.  She will help you learn how to make an inexpensive rain barrel to harvest rainwater and re-direct it for use in your garden.  John will show you how to use natural relationships to garden smarter instead of harder by working with nature instead of agaist it.  He speaks on Gardening in Harmony with Nature.  Please register for this program by July 24th.  Call 574-772-7323

Crochet Class - Henry F. Schricker Library

Looking for something to do to keep your hands busy, to break a smoking habit, make gifts for close family members or friend, etc.? Crochet classes are now on Tuesday mornings starting June 15. Hamlet Rendezvous

 4-H County Fairgrounds, Hamlet -Pre-1840 history Village where re-enactors in period attire ply historic crafts and engage in recreational activities of yesteryear.  Hawk and Knife, archery, iron skillet toss, rolling pin throw, tea fashion review, farmer market and iron kettle lunch.  Free.

Harvest Days Festival - Downtown Knox
Courthousse clock tower tour, cheerleading competition, children's carnival and games, 3 on 3 basketball, "cruise in-burn out", antique tractor show, antique machinery demonstrations, parade, sidewalk sales, crafts, food vendors.  Free.
